Below is a list of things to bring with you so we can support you with filling out forms. Also please bring your eyeglasses or hearing aid if you use them.

Who should join? —Homecare Workers, Personal Support Workers, Personal Care Attendants, and their family members who are planning or preparing to enroll in Medicare or are already enrolled in Medicare.
What is it about? —The Carewell Benefits team and our insurance partners, Valley Insurance Professionals, will review the basics of Medicare and how eligible Medicare participants can use the Healthcare Cost Assistance benefit.
