Do I have to stay for the whole event?

No, you don’t have to stay for the whole event. You can come by any time during the event.

Parking and transportation details for the SE Portland Community College Event

Parking Information

Parking spots on the location are free during the event. Parking Lot D is the closest to the building where the event is held. Cross streets for Parking Lot D: Division & 80th.

Public Transportation Information

What is it about? — Carewell SEIU 503 offers a range of benefits including Healthcare Cost Assistance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Dental, Vision + Hearing, and an Employee Assistance Program. Learn more about these benefits, receive any updates to benefit eligibility rules and services provided, and get your questions answered.

Who should join? —Homecare Workers, Personal Support Workers, Personal Care Attendants, and their family members who are planning or preparing to enroll in Medicare or are already enrolled in Medicare.

What is it about? —The Carewell Benefits team and our insurance partners, Valley Insurance Professionals, will review the basics of Medicare and how eligible Medicare participants can use the Healthcare Cost Assistance benefit.

By phone (audio only):
  • Dial the Zoom phone number and enter the zoom ID number 
  • Keep in mind that that Zoom phone numbers are not toll-free. If you use the dial-in number, your phone service provider will treat it as a regular phone call charge. Learn about this here. 
By computer or tablet:
  • To watch how to install and use Zoom on your computer or tablet, go here.
  • If you’ve already registered for a webinar and have an email account 
      • Go to the confirmation email from Carewell and click on the webinar link to join 
  •  If you didn’t register or don’t have an email account:
      • Go to zoom.us, click “Join A Meeting” 
      • Enter the Meeting ID number 
      • Click on the “launch Zoom” button
By smartphone:
  • Step 1: Make sure to download the Zoom app before joining the webinar:
